How do I hang them?
Our hanging scrolls are ready to hang. Your package will include mounting pins and everything you need to hang your scroll straight up immediately.
Can I hang them outside?
Yes! Our scrolls are very tough durable and we have had many happy customers hang them up in outdoors areas (workshops, martial arts centres). Even in bathrooms! As the scrolls are made of high-quality wood and canvas, they can be expected to last for years, regardless of where they are hung.
Are they heavy?
Our scrolls are lightweight and easily portable. Your hanging scroll can be rolled up and stored in seconds.
How long will they take to arrive?
Your scroll will be ready for shipping within 48 hours of your order. You will then receive your tracking email (please remember to check your spam folder if you can not find it). You can track your order via our Track Your Order page.
All shipping is tracked to your door by our worldwide courier partners. Our courier partners have a world class record of delivering quickly and safely. However, should any issues arise during delivery our team will contact the courier and we will resolve any issues on your behalf. We deliver worldwide with global tracked shipping!

What if my scroll arrives damaged?
If your art is damaged upon a delivery - we will replace it free of charge. Just send us an email at hello@1000waysforward.com and let us know.
We also offer a Quality Guarantee. We know it is hard to buy art online without the chance to touch and see it. We are sure that you will be impressed with the quality of our products, but if you're not just let us know at hello@1000waysforward.com and we will arrange a full refund.
What if I don't like it when it arrives?
Buying art online is hard, we get it. All you see is photos. You don't get to touch it or see it in real life. It is scary to put down your money when you're not 100% sure of what you're buying.
That’s why we offer FREE RETURNS. So if your artwork arrives and it's just not what you were expecting then let us know at hello@1000waysforward.com and we will arrange any returns at our cost and get your refund sorted right away.

I've chosen my favorites, what happens now?
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive your confirmation email and we will get to work right away creating your scrolls.
The superior quality canvas is printed to a very high resolution- super sharp with no blurring. The high resolution printing means vivid colors with a very close match to how it appears on the website.
Once printed, the canvases are hand cut and crafted with the natural wood hanging frame and hanging string.
They are then rolled separately, carefully packaged and sent on their way. Your scroll will be ready for shipping within 48 hours of your order. You will then receive your tracking email.
