Please make sure you enter your address correctly, unfortunately we cannot refund you or send a replacement if you enter your address incorrectly

PAYMENTS 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay. 
• If you have any other payment method inquiries feel free to contact us using the contact form and we will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours.
• There is a strict 1 hour cut off time from the moment you place your order, after which any changes or cancel request will be denied, because the order is in production immediately after you order.

Returns and Refunds

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. 

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer a 100% free replacement of the item within 30 days of your receipt of the item. 
• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
• As the item descriptions on our website are accurate, we do not accept returns. Please take care when choosing your item sizes to make sure that you choose the right size. If you have any further inquiries about different item sizes or sizing, please send a request through the contact page and we will be happy to help you out.
